Mustard-Glazed Steak and Potato Sheet Pan
A savory, hands-off sheet-pan dinner with tender beef, crisp potatoes, and a tangy mustard glaze.
Ingredients
Steps
Heat the oven to 425°F. Toss the halved potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half the salt, and half the pepper; spread them on a rimmed sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes roast, whisk the remaining olive oil with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, remaining salt, and pepper. Toss the steak cubes in half of this mixture.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and green beans to the pan. Drizzle with the remaining mustard mixture and toss with the potatoes; spread everything in a single layer.
Arrange the steak cubes among the vegetables. Roast for 8–12 minutes, turning the steak once, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness and the potatoes are fork-tender.
Rest the steak on the pan for 3 minutes, then serve with the roasted vegetables and pan juices.
