Roast for 15 minutes, add the broccoli tossed with lemon juice, then roast 7 to 10 minutes more until the pork reaches 145°F and the potatoes are tender.
Rest the pork 5 minutes, slice it, and serve with the vegetables and any pan juices spooned over the top.
