These terms are an agreement between you and STONEG LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("STONEG LLC," "we," "us," "our"), which operates the RecipePT app and website. By creating an account or using RecipePT, you agree to these terms.
RecipePT generates recipes and cooking guidance using artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are responsible for judging whether any recipe, ingredient, or substitution is safe and appropriate for you and the people you cook for.
RecipePT lets you record allergens and dietary restrictions, and we make a genuine effort to respect them. That effort is not a guarantee. Allergen and dietary filtering relies in part on automated and AI-based judgment, ingredient names can be ambiguous, imported recipes may be incomplete, and suggested substitutions may not be suitable for every person. Never rely on RecipePT alone for a decision that affects someone's health. Always read the actual ingredient labels on the food you buy and prepare. If you or someone you cook for has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement, confirm every ingredient independently and consult a qualified medical professional.
RecipePT is a cooking and meal-idea tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, dietetic, or health advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not use RecipePT to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition.
RecipePT is a paid subscription service. Some features require an active subscription.

| Refunds | Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We generally cannot issue refunds directly. |
| Price changes | We may change prices. Changes apply to future billing periods, and we will give notice as required. |
Recipes, notes, lists, photos, and requests you put into RecipePT remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content strictly to operate and improve the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy to fulfil your requests.
You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

RecipePT, its software, design, and branding are owned by STONEG LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own cooking. They do not transfer ownership of anything.
RecipePT can import recipes from URLs and other sources, and relies on third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services, including the accuracy of recipes imported from them.
We aim to keep RecipePT running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may impose reasonable usage limits on AI-powered features.
RECIPEPT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RECIPES, NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION, ALLERGEN HANDLING, OR ANY OTHER OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STONEG LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RECIPEPT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO RECIPEPT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STONEG LLC and its member, officers, and agents from claims arising out of your content, your use of RecipePT, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and STONEG LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, for any dispute not otherwise resolved.
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and give notice in the app or by email for material changes. Continuing to use RecipePT after changes take effect means you accept them.
